In its 500 years of existence, the tradition-rich Castle Brewery Stein has experienced a varied history: Around 1489, everything began as a simple tavern, in the 16th century, Castle Stein served as a party location for glittering celebrations of Romanoff Prince and the Tsar's grandson Nicholas, and from 1892, the development into a professional Castle Brewery began. Today it is rich in experience, has won several awards and its beer tastes better than ever: brewed with love, stored in a rock cellar, at home in Chiemgau.
