The history of the Schwarzbräu family-owned brewery goes back to the year 1648, when the last battle of the Thirty Years' War was fought near Zusmarshausen, and the victorious Swedes invaded the Bräustüberl, which still exists today, and emptied all beer barrels. Today it is one of only three breweries in southern Germany that still have their own malthouse. We have developed a "Schwarzbräu" cap exclusively for the Schwarzbräu brewery. The special characteristics are:
